Project

  • Designing Admin portal for the admin members from scratch with different functionalities like reporting, managing tests and test items, course settings including theme management per client, Content management and managing the comments and feedback received from the clients.

Problem

Lack of access to a central place for admin work like creating course, creating tests, managing feedback, access to reports and etc.

Research

Conducted qualitative interviews to understand the needs, pain points and goals of the potential users. Collaborated with the product manager. Ran sketching sessions and iterated on ideas.

Design

Developed visual design by using the components from Compono design system to be align with other platform products.
