Research

Conducted a thorough competitive analysis and user research, collaborating with SMEs to understand existing workflows, pain points, and various use cases. Worked closely with the product manager to align on requirements, shaping roadmap items and prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals.

Design

Synthesized research insights to create initial low fedility wireframes, then facilitated workshops with SMEs to gather feedback, iterate on ideas, and refine the designs. Developed high-fidelity designs using components from Compono’s existing design system, ensuring consistency and alignment across platform products.
