  • Redesigning the Entire Website

Problem

The current website lacks engagement and is inconsistent with other products in terms of design. It features an outdated look and does not adhere to a design library or established design patterns. As a result, there are multiple, conflicting visual styles, leading to a disjointed user experience and a lack of cohesive branding across the platform.

Research

We started the project by analyzing the website's information architecture (IA) and homepage. Through customer research, design thinking, and workshops, we gained insights into what would make the homepage more valuable to our customers. They wanted a clear presentation of what we offer, along with other services and tools available. The goal of this project is to overhaul the website to improve user experience and functionality. Research was conducted through competitor analysis, Google Analytics data, VWO tests, and customer surveys. The insights from these activities will guide the development of a website that better meets user needs, enhances usability, and aligns with current digital trends.

Design

I led the design process, translating initial ideas into high-fidelity designs by leveraging components from the platform's design library and adding new components to the design system where necessary. This approach ensured a consistent look and feel across the website, resulting in a more cohesive user experience and increased customer engagement.
